Saatchi Art’s 3-day pop-up presence in Dublin for Web Summit
New work by Isabelle Alford-Lago for Saatchi Art’s pop-up presence in DublinFrom L.A. to Dublin is a new exhibition featuring some of Ireland’s most exciting emerging artists. Curated by Rebecca Wilson, Chief Curator and Director, Art Advisory at Saatchi Art, this pop-up exhibition is part of Saatchi Art’s offline presence at Web Summit in Dublin and showcases 50 works by local Irish talent, including original paintings, collages and photographs. In addition, visitors to the RDS area of Dublin will be greeted by a 6m high building wrap featuring a larger-than-life green gorilla by Venice Beach street artist Isabelle Alford-Lago. Commissioned by Saatchi Art, the public art installation will grace the façade of RDS Simmonscourt, making it the largest-scale and first-ever work by Isabelle Alford-Lago outside Los Angeles. The temporary building wrap will be on view November 4-6.
