The Others

Meet The Others: Camille Walala

The Game Changers. The Rule Breakers. The Innovators. Discover some of the fantastic emerging talent showcasing their work at The Other Art Fair.

French-born Camille Walala’s bright, colourful pieces are hard to miss as you may have noticed her patterns adorning the entrance to The Other Art Fair London in October. Camille describes her own work as ‘vibrant, graphic and bold’ and talks about her work and her experiences at The Other Art Fair in her interview.

Brighton educated, Camille considers her main influencers to be the Memphis Movement and the Ndebele Tribe alongside ‘a simple desire to put a smile on people’s faces.’

Camille has dominated the East-London street art scene and is currently travelling the world taking over building facades and rooftops one city at a time. With a number of large collaborations, from Kopparberg to Converse, under her belt, we’re expecting to continue to see Camille’s bold, bright and beautiful patterns everywhere.
