Brooklyn: The Other Private View Project
Exclusive to the Fall 2017 edition of The Other Art Fair Brooklyn (November 9-12, Brooklyn Expo Centre), the team are delighted to present a collaborative Private View invitation with one of the fair’s promising emerging artists. For this special Private View project, fair artist Beth Radford was invited to produce a unique response to the fair’s ethos in presenting ‘The Other’.
Currently based in Sydney, Beth Radford is a painter working with ‘hard-edge geometric abstraction’. The upcoming edition of The Other Art Fair Brooklyn will be Beth’s 5th edition of The Other Art Fair and her 4th edition in 2017 having previously exhibited at TOAF Brooklyn in June and both TOAF Melbourne and Sydney.
Beth has created a unique work of art which reflects the distinct and multi-faceted nature of The Other Art Fair. Her background in mathematics has clearly influenced Beth’s precise, geometric paintings.
This piece by Beth has been specially created for the Private View Invitation and Fair Guide for Brooklyn’s Fall 2017 Edition. The original design can be purchased directly from Beth, and will be sold exclusively as limited-edition prints at The Other Art Fair, Brooklyn
The Other Art Fair returns from November 9-12 to Greenpoint’s Brooklyn Expo Center.
