Sydney: The Fair Moves to the COMMUNE

The Other Art Fair Australia will return to sunny Sydney this 27-30 October 2016 following a successful 2015 edition.

The inaugural 2015 Fair attracted 7,500 visitors over a four-day period enabling unrepresented artists to connect directly with collectors and sell their work. The 2016 edition builds on that success, appointing new international Fair Director Laura Richardson, offering an expanded vision and a move to Australia’s newest arts and cultural destination the COMMUNE in Sydney’s Waterloo.

The COMMUNE has brought a new space and attitude to arts and culture events in Sydney. Since its launch with Vivid: Locally Made, COMMUNE has showcased a number of exciting events including The Locally Made Market Series, Arts and Tech Workshops and socially driven events like COMMUE Yoga, Friday Night Vibes and Vegan Night Markets. It became very clear, very quickly that COMMUNE is the perfect fit for The Other Art Fair 2016.
