We were thrilled to receive over 350 outstanding artist applications for the 80 places available at the upcoming summer edition of The Other Art Fair Bristol 2016!

The volume of talented applications received for our second Bristol fair has made the job of our expert Selection Committee that much harder.

Kate Brindley, Arnolfini

Currently CEO of Arnolfini, a gallery recently nominated for Art Fund’s Museum of the Year and the Fair’s impressive Bristol venue, Kate has over 20 years of impressive experience in the visual arts and museums sector including Director of Bristol Museums, Galleries, and Archives. Read more

Andrew Nairne, Kettle’s Yard

Director of the prestigious University of Cambridge Kettle’s Yard house and gallery, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Bristol Selection Committee having previously directed Arts Council England, Modern Art Oxford and Dundee Contemporary Arts. Read more

Paul Huxley, RA

The work of Royal Academician artist Paul first came to prominence in the esteemed ‘New Generation’ exhibition at the Whitechapel Art Gallery in 1963. As well as exhibiting widely across the UK and the world, Paul’s notable honours include being a Tate Trustee and Treasurer of the Royal Academy of Arts. Read more
